All original packaging and tags must be included

Items must not show signs of damage or wear caused by the customer

We are unable to accept returns for:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Items returned after the 30-day period

Products not in their original condition

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or our error: we cover the shipping cost

If the return is due to personal reasons: the customer is responsible for return shipping
